Swimming lessons
I realized I had swimming pictures from our last lesson that I never posted. Cason by the end was a great swimmer and willingly jumped into the water. Hopefully this will continue when we resume in May this year. He will be too old to be with Mommy so he will be on his own. I will be starting with Rory at the same time. She however loves the water so far and I am hoping between this fact and starting earlier we won't have to go through the same thing as Cason.

Rory - 11 Months!
Rory turns 11 months today and she is definitely on the move. She took her first steps on February 1st. By Monday, Feb 3rd she was at 5-6 steps and by Saturday she was fully walking to get places. Today she doesn't crawl at all and walks everywhere to get places. From start to finish in under 2 weeks. Crazy.
Another wonderful development is that she started eating Cheerios yesterday by herself! She has always hated being in the high chair unless she was actively being fed. Well yesterday I put her in there and as I was making her breakfast and listening to her squwak/yell at me to hurry, I gave her one of Cason's Cheerios. She hasn't really taken to food quickly so I was very happy when she opened her mouth for more. So I put the tray on and dumped a handful in front of her. She went to town for 15 minutes. 15 minutes of FREEDOM!!! So today both kids ate for 10 minutes by themselves while we made lunches. Glorious!
She still LOVES her daddy. It is really kinda ridiculous the fuss she makes about it, but he loves it. When he comes home or leaves the room she cries out… every time! She is sleeping a lot better, but not great yet. We have had a few full nights of sleep, but more often she wakes still once a night.
Here are a few pictures of the 11 month old.
