New pictures from daily life

Capturing the small things in life that Cason does which amuses us... these are all from Tina this week.

Learning to block the sun out.  Cason hates the sun in his eyes (naturally) so Tina gave him a book to block it.

Cason's version of a pushup - he runs 10 feet, then puts his hands on the ground and yells "Exercise!"

Jayden like to help Cason take off his shoes - I guess this happens a lot

Cold Happy Hallow day

I just got all my pictures from December!  So the next few posts will be a little old...

Gigi, Papa and Cason and I went to Happy Hallow on a cold day in December.  Lots of whining came from all as it was in the low 40's and the animals were not out to play.  It was a quick trip as Cason was also cold which made him cranky.

The few pictures we go was before the cold set in.

Crib built... Check!

We had a very productive weekend and are almost ready for kiddo #2. With much much help from Gigi we cleaned, washed clothes, built the crib, got everything out of the basement and garage, and fit in some shopping. Few more weeks to go!

Cason decided he had to try out the new crib.

Big boo boo = Stitches

We got indoctrinated into parenthood on Saturday night.  Cason received his first set of stitches by literally walking into a door jam.  Every now and then Cason likes to spin, spin, spin and then fall down.  We keep him clear of all objects when he is doing this.  Well on Saturday he was in the kitchen with Steve and after doing this a few times, decided he was done and went to leave the kitchen.  Unfortunately he was still dizzy and walked into the door jam.  Loud cries, blood, and tears!

After bandaging it up, research on the internet, and it still trickling blood some 2 hours later we decided a trip to urgent care was in order.  Unfortunately the doctor took one look and said "yep, stitches"  I think Steve and I about passed out knowing this was going to be an awful experience.  Well lots of tears from Cason some almost from Momma as he was saying "Momma All Done." over and over again with a pleading look, 5 stitches later we all survived.

Now we get to take them out on Thursday.  Not looking forward to it.

Here are a few pics to document the ordeal!
